About The Position

In this role, you will provide remote therapy services to clients who need consistent mental health support, clear treatment planning, and ongoing clinical guidance. Daily work includes conducting sessions, assessing symptoms, documenting care, monitoring progress, and helping clients develop healthier coping strategies. The position is straightforward, fully remote, and designed for licensed therapists who want a reliable full-time schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active Indiana LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy services in outpatient, community, or telehealth settings
• Ability to manage caseload responsibilities independently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using remote technology, EHR systems, and secure video platforms

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions in a professional telehealth environment
• Assess client concerns and create individualized treatment plans
• Keep records current, accurate, and compliant with documentation standards
• Support clients through consistent follow-up and measurable treatment goals
• Recognize clinical risk and respond within policy and scope of practice
• Maintain a high standard of communication with clients and care teams
