About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a telehealth team serving adult clients statewide. This position focuses on direct therapy, treatment planning, and follow-up care rather than high-volume scheduling. The structure allows you to deliver steady, intentional mental health services within standard business hours.
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Therapist credential
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
- Reliable technology and private workspace
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and diagnostic reviews
- Develop and update individual treatment plans
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress records
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic methods
- Follow Oklahoma mental health licensing and ethical guidelines
