About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver scheduled telehealth services to adult clients across Oklahoma. This role focuses on assessment, therapy, and follow-through rather than high-volume scheduling. You will work within a predictable framework that supports continuity of care and allows time for thoughtful clinical work.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Therapist credential
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Comfortable working independently in a telehealth role
• Reliable technology and private workspace

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Perform diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Maintain session notes and progress documentation
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Adhere to Oklahoma mental health licensing standards
