About The Position
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) Location: Sparks, NV Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Provide telehealth therapy to clients across Nevada with a predictable schedule and clear documentation expectations. This role is focused on consistent clinical delivery and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Active Nevada license: LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable with a telehealth-only setup
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions via secure video
- Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic impressions
- Create and update treatment plans
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Participate in case reviews and consults
- Support quality review tasks when assigned (chart checks, feedback support)
