Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active independent licensure: PA: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
  • Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth

Nice To Haves

  • EMDR experience is highly preferred
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in OP level of care
  • Work in person at our Bryn Mawr, PA location with a flexible one-day option to work from home dependent on patient needs
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
  • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
  • Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
  • Coordinate with local schools and educational programs as needed
  • Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendanc e and successful program completion
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
