The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our Endocrinology Pediatrics Team. This position will provide psychosocial assessments, preliminary diagnoses, and evidence based psychotherapeutic treatments, as well as case management support planning and consultation, for children and adolescents with endocrine-related conditions and the mental health challenges that often accompany them. Assist families in coping with their child's mental health challenges and in partnering with treatment team members, including medical providers in Pediatric Endocrinology. The counselor will report to the Division Chief, who may provide specific supervisor or consultation for complex psychiatric disorders, in coordination with a child psychologist.
