About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to deliver telehealth therapy to adult clients across Washington. You will manage assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care while meeting state and organizational documentation standards. Requirements

• Active Washington LMHC, LMFT or LICSW license
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with telehealth and EHR documentation preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
• Follow Washington State licensing standards and guidelines
