They are seeking licensed clinicians who are passionate about serving diverse populations while working within a stable, supportive practice environment. About the Company: Our client is a locally owned, mission-driven mental health practice serving individuals and families across Round Rock, Georgetown, Austin, Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, and the greater Central Texas region. Due to continued growth and strong community demand, they are expanding their clinical team and seeking Texas-licensed mental health professionals who are committed to ethical, high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. What You'll Do: As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide therapy and assessment services within an established, clinician-centered practice. You will work alongside experienced professionals in well-established offices supported by strong referral networks and a consistent client base
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience working with diverse client populations
- Comfortable utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in person at Round Rock and/or Georgetown locations

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely documentation
- Utilize evidence-based and integrative treatment approaches
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Maintain an in-office presence (minimum 80% during prime hours)
- Serve clients across Round Rock, Georgetown, Austin, Pflugerville, Hutto, and Cedar Park
Benefits
- $70,000–$85,000 annual salary, based on experience
