About The Position
In this role, you will provide structured mental health counseling to adult and adolescent clients across Indiana through a secure telehealth platform. Your daily work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions that help clients manage emotional, behavioral, and life-transition challenges. You will also guide supervisees by offering clinical feedback and oversight to support quality care.
Requirements
- Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Previous experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy settings
- Strong familiarity with clinical documentation standards

- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions aligned with best practices
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Support and supervise associate-level clinicians as assigned
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of treatment
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
