About The Position
We are seeking an Indiana-licensed LMHC to provide structured mental health counseling through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on assessment, therapy sessions, and treatment planning while also supporting care quality through supervision and case review. Requirements
- Active Indiana LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Supervise associate counselors and provide feedback
- Participate in case reviews and care coordination
- Adjust interventions based on client progress
