Requirements

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) License in New York
• Strong clinical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to clients age 5+
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation within EHR
• Respond to urgent client needs and crisis situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
