About The Position
We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LMHC to provide reliable, session-based mental health care through telehealth. This role focuses on day-to-day therapy delivery, progress tracking, and treatment planning for a stable caseload. You will also support clinical standards through supervision and documentation review. If steady work and clear expectations matter to you, this role is ready for review.
Requirements
- Active Indiana LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
- Ability to manage a full virtual schedule

- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete intake evaluations and treatment plans
- Track progress and update clinical goals
- Supervise associate counselors as assigned
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Participate in case discussions and care planning
