About The Position
We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to support clients through virtual counseling services in Indiana. The day-to-day work includes evaluating client needs, leading therapy sessions, documenting care, and helping individuals build healthier coping strategies. This role offers the chance to provide consistent support in a remote setting while maintaining a reliable weekday schedule.
Requirements
- Active LMHC license in Indiana
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience
- Strong experience with telehealth or willingness to work fully remote
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches
- Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with adult or adolescent clients
- Complete intake assessments and review client history
- Create and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Provide ongoing therapeutic support using evidence-based methods
- Monitor client progress and make treatment adjustments as needed
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical records
