Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
Active LMHC license
At least 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Comfortable providing care in a remote or telehealth setting
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a professional home office environment

Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with adult clients
Assess client symptoms, needs, and treatment priorities
Build clear, individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes accurately
Guide clients through therapeutic interventions that support emotional wellness and behavior change
Maintain ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
Identify risk factors and respond appropriately based on clinical protocols
Collaborate with other providers or referral sources as needed
