About The Position
We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LMHC to deliver ongoing virtual therapy to a steady client caseload. This position is built for counselors who value consistency, predictable hours, and a structured clinical environment that supports quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Current Indiana LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience delivering mental health therapy
- Strong written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervision experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
- Conduct assessments and follow-up evaluations
- Supervise associate clinicians and review case notes
- Ensure documentation aligns with state requirements
- Support continuity of care and treatment adjustments
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness over time
