About The Position

This role is focused on consistent client engagement, clear treatment goals, and reliable follow-through across sessions, without the distractions of in-person office work. Requirements
- Active New York LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Experience providing therapy independently
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth
- Conduct intake interviews and clinical assessments
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Track client progress and adjust care as needed
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
