About The Position
As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will support adults managing anxiety, stress, mood concerns, and personal challenges through scheduled telehealth sessions. The role is designed for clinicians who value focused client care, predictable hours, and a consistent caseload without in-office demands.
Requirements
- Active LMHC license in Hawaii
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field
- Clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth counseling sessions to assigned clients
- Complete clinical evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation
- Monitor client outcomes and therapeutic progress
- Adhere to state licensing and telehealth guidelines
