About The Position

We are looking to add a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to a growing telehealth setting focused on accessible mental health services. In this position, you will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment needs, provide counseling, and support clients as they work toward better emotional health and stronger day-to-day coping skills. This is a full-time opportunity for a clinician who wants dependable hours, meaningful patient interaction, and the convenience of remote practice.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
• Active LMHC license
• At least 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing care in a remote or telehealth setting
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a professional home office environment

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling sessions using a secure telehealth platform
• Complete client intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Create and update treatment plans based on progress and clinical needs
• Help clients address emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal concerns
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and treatment documentation
• Use sound clinical judgment in identifying client needs and next steps
• Support continuity of care through referrals and care coordination when necessary
• Follow all licensing, ethical, and privacy standards in daily practice
