We offer Licensed Therapists a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential. The compensation range is $80,000-$107,000 for a W2 employed position, along with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401K with a 4% match. We provide both part-time and full-time options, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. Our offices are located in Seattle and surrounding areas, designed to make commuting easier, with a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. The position allows for a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility. We are seeking Therapists that are fully licensed in Washington State, including Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), who are experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, and can provide individual and/or couples therapy.
