About The Position

Bridging Futures Child and Family Therapist (Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Bridging Futures) Are you a clinician who is passionate about supporting young people as they step into adulthood? Join us at Crossnore Communities for Children as a Bridging Futures Child and Family Therapist, where your work empowers young adults transitioning out of foster care to heal from trauma, build resilience, and move toward independence. Your clinical expertise will help create stability, hope, and lasting change for young people navigating one of the most critical transitions of their lives. Location/Schedule: Office located on-campus in Winston-Salem, NC. Office hours during typical first shift, Monday-Friday will be common, but employees must be willing to work evenings and weekends to match the needs and availability of clients, and participate in an on-call rotation. Using evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, you will guide individualized treatment planning, provide therapeutic services, and respond to crises with calm, clinical leadership.
