We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's) to conduct client assessments. Evening and Weekend availability needed.
Provide behavioral health consultation to children, adolescents, adults, and families to improve psychosocial functioning.
Render services in person and/or virtually.
Conduct client mental health assessments and perform initial intake interviews.
Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnose them.
Determine client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM.
Develop treatment plans based on client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO’s facility policy.
Professional Licensure in the State of Louisiana
Licensure Malpractice Coverage
Valid Driver’s License in good standing
Car registration and insurance current (if transporting individuals receiving services)
Successful clearance of state criminal background check
Successful clearance of drug and TB skin test
Current CPR Certification
Reliable internet connection
Tablet/laptop device with camera that allows for tele-health visits to be conducted.
