Licensed Medication Nursing Assistant (LMNA) – Full Time, Night Shift Warde Senior Living | Windham, NH Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am Schedule: 3 nights per week Schedule: Rotating Weekly Week 1: Sunday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday Warde Senior Living in Windham, NH is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Medication Nursing Assistant (LMNA) to join our dedicated overnight care team. Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility, providing short-term rehab and long-term care. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18
  • Must have High school graduate or GED
  • Must be a licensed LNA with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
  • Must have a Medical

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications as ordered under the direction of the licensed nurse and physician
  • Follow pharmacy and nursing center policies for medication and narcotic administration
  • Accurately document scheduled and PRN medications
  • Monitor residents overnight and ensure comfort, safety, and personal care needs are met
  • Maintain awareness of resident care plans
  • Support resident independence while providing respectful, compassionate care
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
