About The Position

Frantz EyeCare is a well-established medical practice expanding its aesthetic and wellness services and is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who is not only passionate about skincare, but also motivated to grow within a medical aesthetics environment, collaborate with an experienced clinical team, and play a key role in building and expanding the aesthetic side of the practice. We are looking for someone who is results-driven, confident in consultations and recommendations, and excited to contribute to a growing aesthetic program. The Medical Esthetician will be responsible for delivering high-quality skin care treatments, guiding patients through customized treatment plans, and supporting overall patient satisfaction and retention. This role goes beyond performing services—it is about building relationships, driving results, and contributing to the growth of the aesthetic practice.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a medical or results-driven aesthetic setting
• Strong consultation and sales confidence
• Passion for skincare, patient outcomes, and ongoing education
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow a book of business
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a medical environment
• Professional, polished, and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments within scope of licensure, including: Hydrafacial Chemical Peels Microdermabrasion Customized facials and skin treatments
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand patient goals and confidently recommend appropriate treatments, products, and services
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and treatment plans to support long-term results
• Partner closely with providers to support and execute 6- 12 month personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in accordance with medical guidelines
• Support patient retention by delivering an exceptional experience and building long-term relationships
• Actively contribute to the growth of the aesthetic practice by: Promoting services and skincare Supporting marketing initiatives and promotions Identifying opportunities for cross-referrals (aesthetic and medical services)
