About The Position
The Licensed Master Social Worker serves as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in team meetings, presenting clinical information and observations, and providing consultation and assistance to staff in other disciplines. The role involves coordinating care and treatment planning for individuals, providing a variety of social work and treatment services, and advocating for individuals' rights and access to benefits and services. The position requires assessing and evaluating individual and family needs, providing therapy, crisis intervention, and developing effective treatment plans. The social worker may also supervise and train interns and staff, and is expected to maintain documentation and records related to their work.
