Licensed Master Plumber Responsibilities: Manage commercial and residential plumbing projects. Prepare job estimates, present service options, and secure client approvals. Conduct routine inspections and system testing to ensure functionality and code compliance. Perform hands-on service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work. Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of project progress and complete required documentation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals. Lead the development and growth of Mackey’s new plumbing department. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Current Texas Master Plumber License Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Master Plumber Gen erator experience preferred. CRM software experience; ServiceTitan preferred. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Current Texas Master Plumber License
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Master Plumber
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Generator experience preferred.
CRM software experience; ServiceTitan preferred.
