About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing spa located in Short Pump, Virginia. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality professional facial and massage services at affordable prices seven days a week. Our spa provides a tranquil and relaxing environment for clients, and we are looking for motivated and friendly individuals who are passionate about health and wellness. This role involves providing expert esthetic and skincare services while addressing clients' skin health and relaxation needs. You will be responsible for curating a positive spa experience for every guest and working collaboratively with your peers to create an outstanding environment.

Requirements

• Active Virginia Master Esthetician license compliant with state laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in waxing and basic skincare treatments, including Master qualifying techniques.
• Ability to create personalized homecare skin regimens for clients.
• Excellent personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various days and hours.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
