About The Position

We are in search of full-time and part-time professional, Kentucky Licensed Massage Therapists. We just increased our pay, we offer a wider range of modalities, we are open seven days a week with extended hours so we can accommodate a flexible schedule. For full-time team members we have health, life, disability, supplemental hospital, and cancer insurance, plus employee discounts. We pay for all required CE credits, offer tuition reimbursement, and relocation reimbursement. We offer more modalities, including: Swedish, therapeutic, decompression therapy, CBD, hot stones, cold stones, Himalayan salt stones, contrast therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, Reiki, trigger point, myofascial, reflexology, menthol soothing therapy, couples massages, and aromatherapy. Who else does that much? Plus, if you don't know how, we'll train you!

Requirements

• Reliable, and strong team player
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
• Skilled, knowledgeable, and willingness to continue learning
• Strong desire to help others through spa services
• Ability to perform Swedish, and therapeutic massages (we will train on other modalities)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a variety of massage modalities
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment

Responsibilities

• Comply with local and Kentucky licensing laws and regulations, and carry professional liability insurance
• Maintain detailed treatment records
• Develop and propose treatment plans unique to each guest
• Provide guests with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
