Requirements

• Valid Connecticut Massage Therapy License.
• Certification in massage therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred (will consider recent graduates).
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for clients.
• Professional and ethical demeanor, maintaining confidentiality, and respecting client privacy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Perform a variety of techniques including but not limited to: deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, and more.
• Assess client needs and conditions to customize massage treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company policies.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and regulations.
• Stay current with industry trends and massage techniques through ongoing education.
