About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) for our 7 Portland Metro locations: Beaverton, Hillsboro, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Portland NW, and Portland NE. We offer busy and reliable schedules with our LMTs' schedules being 90-95% full each week. We guarantee pay for no-shows and last-minute cancellations, and our competitive pay allows you to earn between $46-$62 per service (commission + tips). We also provide a $1,500 hiring bonus (eligibility applies) and full-time benefits for those working 30 hours/week or 25 hands-on hours/week, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee membership rewards. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose a variety of shifts to fit your lifestyle, and we cover all supplies, marketing, and overhead costs so you can focus on your craft.
