About The Position

We're looking for a talented therapist with a thorough knowledge of numerous modalities and techniques to join our team. Candidate must possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. Must have excellent communication skills and be motivated to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests. Must hold and maintain a current state license, additional certifications and/or dual licensed providers highly desired. Position will be part time/on call with full time positions available going into high season, based on performance and flexibility. We are the #1 Spa in Clearwater looking to add therapists who share our vision and passion for the industry.

Requirements

Must hold and maintain a current state license
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be motivated to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests
Must be a team player
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and also be self-motivated to stay busy with side work/cleaning in downtime
Focused on achieving positive guest relations and maximizing guest satisfaction to include at home care/retail recommendations
Work without constant supervision while maintaining timing on busy/stressful days
Service minded individual with a positive attitude that truly enjoys helping others
Massage Therapy License (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

additional certifications and/or dual licensed providers highly desired
Dual Esthetician License is a plus but not necessary.
Cosmetology License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Shifts will vary week to week with potential for full time.
Must be able to keep a clean treatment room.
Read, comprehend and adhere to protocols.
Be able to effectively present information.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and also be self-motivated to stay busy with side work/cleaning in downtime.
