This is a commission-based position

Requirements

  • We do require that you have a background of 2 years of massage experience.
  • 1 year of specialized experience working in a spa or salon, or directly related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training in spa, salon, stylist services is acceptable.
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and will be willing to train in the spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
  • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls
  • Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the resort
  • Provide accurate appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
