Requirements

Active California massage therapy license or certification
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage; additional modalities are a plus
Passion for health, wellness, and guest care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand and move for up to 6 hours per shift
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and perform repetitive motions related to massage and room reset
Manual dexterity and ability to operate massage equipment
Visual and auditory acuity required to safely perform job duties
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum of two shifts per week
Availability for at least one PM shift and one weekend shift

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage across multiple modalities (including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques)
Create a welcoming, safe, and restorative experience for every guest
Maintain treatment rooms and adhere to service and sanitation standards
Collaborate with team members to support boutique operations and guest satisfaction
