About The Position

ATI Worksite Solutions (AWS) is a progressive provider of prevention focused-early intervention services, ergonomic and safety solutions and occupational medicine. AWS specializes in partnering with employers who wish to take a proactive, preventative approach to their employees’ health. Massage is an affective modality in mitigating musculoskeletal risks to injury. The Massage Therapist role is involved in proactively addressing postural discomfort through education, massage, and job-specific coaching with the goal of eliminating postural contributions to injury. The massage therapist will collaborate with the early intervention team to provide preventative and restorative services and education to client employees by personally engaging the employees in the work environment or dispatching an early intervention specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching and work station assessments. This role may also provide surveillance testing, ergonomic assessments and services, and wellness program services. As an integral part of the Early Intervention team, the massage therapist will be asked to take ownership of his/her responsibilities while always looking for ways to improve the services that we deliver to our clients. Requirements

  • The ability to think critically and use your experience to improve employee health, knowledge and personal accountability
  • Ability to monitor employees’ responses to massage and education and adjust accordingly
  • The ability to document efficiently and completely, with a strong ability to integrate feedback for continuous improvement
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with everyone with which you interact, from entry level associates to plant managers to internal leadership
  • Consistently demonstrate enthusiasm, compassion, and the friendly factor to make the day of our clients
  • Understanding of OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records
  • Excellent computer skills, as well as strong organizational skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
  • All staff must be 18 or over to be eligible for employment
  • Massage Therapy certification and one year of massage therapy experience
  • Current CPR certification

Nice To Haves

  • May be required to hold or complete certification in UDS, audiometry and/or spirometry upon hire as needed
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
  • Experience working on collaborative teams
