At OSS , our massage therapists provide therapeutic massage. OSS requires that massage therapists provide treatment using conventional techniques such as Swedish , Sports , and Deep Tissue Massage . Guaranteed Limits on Daily Work! At Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) , we believe Massage Therapists deserve consistency , respect , and sustainability in their careers. Our model is intentionally designed to protect your body , your income , and your long-term professional well-being . Massage Therapists are limited to a maximum of 6 patients per eight-hour shift . Regardless of patient volume, Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is committed to limiting the physical demands of the job on therapists to protect employee health . Guaranteed, Consistent Income! The Olympic Sports & Spin e (OSS) model is a bit different. We guarantee 40 hours of pay each week, regardless of how many patients you see. Yes , all Massage Therapists are paid for downtime . So, you can be assured of a dependable , predictable income . The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sign-On Bonus! We are currently offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for all Massage Therapists. $1,500 is paid after 90 days, and the remaining $1,500 after two years of employment. In addition, up to $3,900 per year in productivity bonuses. All Equipment and supplies Are Included! Olympic Sports & Spine provides all employees with the equipment and supplies needed to do their jobs. This includes tables, linens, lotions/oils/creams, therapy tools, etc. Great Benefits Package! Requirements

Must possess a graduation certificate from an accredited school of Massage Therapy.
Must possess or obtain and maintain an active Washington State Massage Practitioner license (LMP/LMT)
