Requirements

Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and anatomy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for wellness and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.
Assess clients’ needs and customize treatments to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room to uphold spa standards.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage and self-care practices.
Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client records.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
Promote spa services and products to encourage repeat business.
