Requirements

Active massage license or certification in the state of practice (Must be presented during the interview and maintained throughout employment)
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage ; additional modalities are a plus
Strong reliability and consistency for weekend shifts
Availability during prime earning periods , including weekends and holidays
Passion for wellness, guest care, and professional service
Sustained mobility for several hours per shift
Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
Strong manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity
Ability to perform massage services and room resets safely and effectively

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to guest needs
Perform modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques (based on training and certification)
Create a welcoming and professional guest experience
Maintain treatment rooms and follow boutique standards (All supplies are provided)
Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
