About The Position

We are looking to expand our already talented team of Massage Therapists at Hand and Stone (Sign-On Bonus Included)! The Dublin location opened in 2015 and has been the home for many looking for massage and facial services. Recently, the spa came under new ownership in April of 2023 and has successfully brought a new, revitalized version of Hand and Stone to the Dublin community. The location won the Hand and Stone - Growth Momentum Award at the International Conference in November for their success in growing a winning team! Our team focuses their efforts on creating unique, one of a kind experiences for all of our Hand and Stone clients. The success of all our Hand and Stone locations has always relied on having a great team at it's core! Our team is dedicated to seeing you learn, grow, and succeed. Requirements

Ohio-issued Massage Therapist License (LMT) or proof of license application.
Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
Knowledge and understanding of Swedish massage (other modalities/certifications a plus).
Must carry professional liability insurance.
Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated individual willing to help others.
Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
Ability to work with others towards a common goal
Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred.
Professionalism and willingness to grow and learn.
Willingness to learn and grow as a massage therapist.

Responsibilities

Regularly perform consecutive 50 and 80 minute massages.
Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of massage therapy.
Make appropriate recommendations on service enhancements and frequency.
Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services.
Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients.
Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members.
Listen and adapt to client feedback.
Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance.
Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a practitioner, the spa family, and the community as a whole.
Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks.
