Requirements

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License (required)
• 1–2 years of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome — our training program sets you up for success
• A passion for wellness and genuine care for guests
• A positive, team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage and body treatments
• Review guest intake forms and tailor services to individual needs
• Offer service enhancements and educate guests on benefits
• Recommend home-care products for continued wellness
• Maintain a clean, serene, and professional treatment environment
• Document guest notes accurately
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold all Woodhouse standards for safety, sanitation, and guest care
