About The Position

We are looking for licensed massage therapists to join our team at an established, nationally recognized franchise located in a busy Spring Hill plaza — with a large and loyal client base ready to book! Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we offer a truly flexible schedule to fit your life — including weekend shifts with bonus pay. Compensation ranges from $21–$55 per service plus tips, and all positions are W-2 employment. Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible for up to a $2,000 signing bonus , along with medical and dental benefits. Responsibilities

Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue
Treat clients in a professional caring manner
Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
Maintain detailed treatment records
