After over a decade of serving our guests, we're thrilled to announce that January 2026 marked a major milestone — we doubled our space with a stunning, fully remodeled facility designed to elevate both the client and therapist experience. This is an exciting time to join our team and grow with us. We're looking for a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our expanding team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a newer LMT ready to build your career in a supportive environment, we'd love to meet you. Requirements

Active FL massage license, in good standing
Carry massage liability insurance.
Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!

Responsibilities

Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
