We are seeking a reliable, professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team part-time and grow into advanced spa modalities. Requirements

• Current North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapy License
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on massage experience in a spa or wellness setting
• Availability and reliability to work Sundays 10 AM–5 PM, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
• Willingness to become certified in The Organic Pharmacy protocols (training provided)
• Ability to learn and perform body treatments using the Aemotio Spa bed
• Consistent professional appearance, exceptional hygiene, and clear communication
• Enthusiasm for collaboration, continued learning, and guest-centered service

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional 60- and 90-minute massage sessions tailored to client needs
• Provide body rituals using The Organic Pharmacy scrubs, muds, herbal poultices, and advanced protocols
• Utilize the Aemotio Spa bed, including steam, Vichy shower, and dry brush integration (training provided)
• Learn and become certified in advanced lymphatic and recovery techniques, including cupping and herbal compresses
• Collaborate with our front desk and provider team to uphold a seamless, guest-first experience
• Represent the Driftwood brand with polished professionalism and emotional intelligence
