Responsibilities
- Providing top-tier facial services that exceed client expectations.
- Developing and recommending personalized treatment plans based on individual skin assessments and goals.
- Participating in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through professional recommendations and promoting our membership program.
- Creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
- Building a loyal client base through exceptional service and encouraging member referrals.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment room and spa environment.
Requirements
- A valid Esthetician license in the state of Arizona.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of various spa services and skincare product lines.
- A strong history of successful retail sales and service upgrades.
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
