About The Position
Join Hand and Stone in Raising the Bar on Professionalism in Massage! With over 13 modalities to specialize in and expanding opportunities within the industry, you may take a few different journeys during your massage therapy career. Our Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchised at 2751 N Mayfair Rd, Wauwatosa, WI wants to give massage therapists a healthy and healing environment to explore whichever paths are calling you. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to customize massage treatment plans based on individual clients, creating an experience of peace and relaxation for members, guests, and other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach. You will also generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships, while helping to maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa. Our compensation structure is competitive, with earnings ranging from $30 to $45 an hour, including enhancements and gratuity. Full-time massage therapists typically perform 25 or more services a week, while part-time therapists perform between 4 to 20 services. We provide all necessary supplies and offer 12 CEUs with new hire training.
