About The Position
Hand & Stone South Miami is expanding our team of talented Massage Therapists to better serve our valued members and guests. We have both FULL TIME and PART TIME hours available! Our Massage Therapists are passionate about the benefits therapeutic massage can offer our members and guests, and design specific sessions based on each individual guest's needs. They work with a focus on educating members and guests about progressive treatment options and advanced modalities, including our Signature Hot Stone Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, and more, to create a customized long-term wellness plan. As a Massage Therapist, you will maintain an active Massage Therapy license and adhere to state/county licensing laws and regulations. You will also carry your own liability insurance or obtain liability insurance prior to your first day of training. Your role will involve creating a world-class client experience through a friendly and helpful attitude, and having a core understanding and belief in the healing benefits of anatomy, massage therapy, and bodywork. We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and drive your success. The base service rate for a 50-minute Swedish massage ranges from $20.00 to $25.00, tailored to reflect your experience and skills. Additionally, you will benefit from an uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance. Tips are paid out the same day, ensuring you have immediate access to your earnings. Our full-time high-performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to $88,000, depending on individual performance, while part-time high performers earn between $33,000 and $44,000 annually.
