About The Position
Hand & Stone Oaks is expanding its team of talented Massage Therapists to better serve our valued members and guests. We are looking for passionate individuals who understand the benefits of therapeutic massage and can design specific sessions based on each guest's individual needs. Our Massage Therapists will focus on educating members and guests about progressive treatment options and advanced modalities, including our Signature Hot Stone Massage and Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, to create customized long-term wellness plans. We offer both full-time and part-time hours, providing flexibility to our team members. As a Massage Therapist, you will maintain an active Massage Therapy license and adhere to state and county licensing laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for creating a world-class client experience through a friendly and helpful attitude, while having a core understanding and belief in the healing benefits of anatomy, massage therapy, and bodywork. Our compensation package is competitive, with a base service rate ranging from $20.00 to $25.00, plus uncapped commission based on sales performance. Tips are paid out the same day, ensuring you receive your earnings promptly.
