a) Provide direct massage therapy services to patients in accordance with the Hospice Patient Plan of Care. b) Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings as requested to assist in assessment of individual needs. c) Provide consultation with Hospice professional staff regarding massage therapy plans and problems. Provide staff development in-service training regarding use of massage therapy as required by the agency. d) Observe and report to the Team Leader or Primary Nurse the patient's reaction to massage therapy and any related changes in the patient's condition. e) Document care and service provided on Hospice progress notes in the patient's chart and update plan of care in a timely manner per agency standards. f) Participate in agency's Quality Assurance and in-service training programs.
