We are seeking an Arkansas-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals, couples, and families through telehealth services. Requirements
- Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently

Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and revise treatment plans based on client needs
- Document sessions clearly and efficiently
- Review clinical notes for quality and accuracy
- Participate in case planning discussions
- Maintain compliance with Arkansas LMFT requirements
