About The Position

Requirements
- Active Michigan LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Experience delivering therapy in a clinical setting
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a remote-first practice
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to individuals and families
- Assess relational dynamics and treatment needs
- Create and maintain individualized care plans
- Track outcomes and session progress
- Follow all Michigan practice guidelines
