About The Position

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
- 2+ years of experience in therapy.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead remote therapy sessions for diverse clients, including individuals and families.
- Develop customized therapy plans and provide support through evidence-based strategies.
- Help clients improve their relationships and emotional wellbeing.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
