About The Position

Now hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time telehealth role serving Maryland clients. This position focuses on delivering therapy that helps clients navigate relationship strain, family conflict, anxiety, stress, communication barriers, and major life changes. The day-to-day work is hands-on and client-facing, with a strong emphasis on consistent care, sound clinical judgment, and reliable documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
• Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Evaluate emotional, relational, and family-related concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Document assessments, progress notes, and session summaries promptly
• Provide support to clients facing interpersonal, marital, or family challenges
